I dread dropping my kids off here everyday. LuAnn, I think she is the owner, is to put it politely, an unpleasant woman to deal with. I have felt since day one that she has looked down her nose at me, nagged me about everything, and treated me like she didn't want me to bring my kids there. For example, I'm walking towards the book to sign them in like I do everyday, and she frequently reminds me to sign them in with an attitude. I don't know if she thinks I'm a disobedient child who might try to sneak out without signing them in or if she thinks I'm stupid. I have even asked her, 'do i ever not sign them in?' and she still acts like I'm not going to and seems annoyed. I have felt that on a few occasions when the kids act up, the discipline is kinda hateful and negative instead of positive. If my kids had emotional or discipline issues I would pull them out ASAP.
