I needed a plumber in the Cleveland area when the sewage drain in my basement backed up over the holiday weekend. I called at night and the person who took my call was very helpful. They sent John out within an hour. John was very helpful and nice and got the issue fixed promptly. He suggested a cleaning service for the damage as well. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again for a while, but I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again if I do.
