Around 10pm Tuesday night I went downstairs to find water in my basement. Put a call in for a plumber from Roto-Rooter and in about a half hour one of their night servicemen, Ishmel arrived. He located the problem and snaked my mainline. He explained to me everything he was doing and what to expect. Afterwards he put some treatment in the line to help keep the roots at bay. Throughout he was very cheerful and helpful. So nice to have a serviceman with a smile, even when the call lasted past midnight. Thank you Roto-Rooter from a satisfied Old Brooklyn (Cleveland) customer!
