I had them for a vet for my 15 1/2 old dog. Kenneled him there for a week. Brought him home after vacation and had to put him down 2 days later. They dropped the ball in how they handled him while he was there and how they handled his health issues and how they handled us. They made his passing more miserable because of that. They even made us sign a form when we dropped him off to be kenneled, where we had to write in an amount we were willing to spend if anything would go wrong with him while he was there...how tacky....I do not recommend them at all to anyone.
