Last month I was in the market for a new car I had rented a Nissan Versa and loved it so I decided that was the car for me. I sent in a request online and within a few minutes I received an email with a quote from Christiana Moreno shortly after I received a call from her. I get very concerned when talking to a salesman because I feel like they try to take advantage of me because I am a woman and younger than your average buyer, but hearing a woman on the phone with such a bubbly personality really put me at ease. I told her I would be available to come in and test drive within an hour or so, she said great see you soon. I arrived at the dealership and the lady at the front showed me to Christiana's office. She smiled and shook my hand, I felt so comfortable. Next she took me out to look at the Versa's where we test drove both the sedan and hatchback. I told her I liked the hatchback she then took me back into her office and we sat down and talked about the rebates that Nissan was offering. I explained to her that I would not be buying for another week or so and that I wanted to bring my Uncle in because I don't know much about buying a car, to my surprise she said no problem I understand, gave me her card and asked me for my contact info and she told me that she will call me in a few days to schedule an appointment. I was shocked any other dealership I went to they were so pushy insisting that I buy today why wait it was a great feeling to know she wasn't trying to rush me into the purchase. I knew she was the Nissan Internet Manager I wanted to do business with.\r \r Two days later I received a call from her asking when my Uncle and I wanted to come in again I was shocked (in a good way). I decided that I was ready to buy and I felt comfortable enough to go in without my uncle. We test drove the vehicle one more time, went over the price and I knew she was giving me the best deal from the beginning without a long drawn out negotiation process, we went over the extended warranty, gap and a theft device. I choose to go with the warranty and gap just in case, I rather be safe than sorry. During the wait time for finance she kept me company and explained what she was doing before leaving the office. I felt like I was a guest in her home, next I went into finance and worked with Veronica also a very nice girl after finance Christiana took me out to see my new baby (car) she showed me how to work everything and we even took a picture together for her photo album on her desk. I was very pleased with the way I was treated by her and everyone at the dealership.\r \r If you are a woman and tired of the same old treatment by salesmen or even a man that feels more comfortable with a woman I would suggest you get in contact with Christiana, please let her know I sent you. I will definitely refer her to all my friends and family!\r \r more
