I went to this store after going to their competition first. I not only found them to be much more helpful than their competitor, but also way cheaper. They answers to all my questions, when I didn't even have the right words to explain what I was looking for. They are the exact example of the professionalism, Honesty, and personalized service that, they claim to of had. I was a previous customer of their competitors, but PC planet treated me better, had over all better service.
