I had to write a review, because Steve (the owner) came to our house over the weekend to do a chip repair and the window looks awesome. He even played with our kids and didn't mind them studying his every move while working on ""Mommy's Car"". Novus replaced a window on our Honda Accord a few years ago and it still looks perfect - Steve did that job too. Happy to have our window repaired heading into a long winter.
