I had highlights and a cut done there yesterday. It was the worst experience I have EVER had. My only request for my highlights was more golden than platinum. My highlights were golden at the crown and WHITE everywhere else. When I questioned her the reply was ""We will fix that next time"". After 4 hours of my time, I left on the verge of tears. The cut was fantastic.....on one side of my head. I had to go home and put on a hat until I could get to Sally's for an at home fix. I did not want to complain at the salon because frankly I would rather shave my head than go back there for anything!!!!
