Absolutely, beyond the shadow of a doubt, one of the WORST customer service experiences I have EVER had. These guys dropped the ball sop many times it put a hole in the floor.
This was my first experience with this business and will DEFINITELY be my last, Guess I'm headed back to sLowe's.
