As a survivor of many workout places, the PILATES STUDIO is a keeper! I've been there 10 weeks now and I still love it. Katrina and Laurie are welcoming, attentive and eager to help me learn how my body works and I already see the results. I can bend over to put the dog's water and food down with no problem!
