I've had some bad experiences with the sisters - at least one of them is truly a nasty and unhappy human. As far as the review complaining about the kids - I have no sympathy. Sounds to me like you have spoiled kids and you are the problem. About the goods - they do get some great stuff here. Come often, ignore the ladies, and buy when you can't resist.
