I was reluctant to use Pine Tree based on the other posted reviews, but I was highly recommended to them by John from Portland Auto Sales, and I was not disappointed in the least. I found David to be honest, professional and competent. The work he did was under budget, was done in less time than expected, and the quality was excellent. I would recommend him to anyone. I did ask him about the other recent post (a rant), and he told me that customer wanted him to do fix damage that was not the result of the covered accident and have the insurance company pay for it. He refused, and she became pushy to the point of being obnoxious, and her threw her out of his office - and I would have too.
