A Cut Above did our October 2011 wedding. The food was one of the most important aspects of wedding planning for us. We used A Cut Above as our wedding caterer and could not have been happier! We did a sit down dinner and Carol helped us to personalize and put together a menu that was exactly what we wanted. I tweaked the menu several times throughout and Carol was completely flexible. The day of the wedding EVERYTHING was PERFECT. The staff/servers were phenomenal. Polite, very efficient and unobtrusive. The presentation of the food on the plate was beautiful.
