I usually do not write reviews, but when I saw what someone said about Craig I had to make sure I wrote about my experience. My name is Patty Pounds, I am 53 years old, I came to Premier because of Craig. I started training with Craig approximately 3 years ago, doubting that it would work for me, but he believed in me even when I did not! Now I am 25 pounds lighter 3 sizes smaller and have maintained that, not easy when you are over 50. I had never joined a gym or worked with a trainer before Craig, and it was THE BEST decision I have ever made. So yes Premier is a great place, but the reason for that starts with the three trainers, Craig, Karina and Jamie, they give it there heart and soul. I am proud to call Craig Kastning my trainer and my friend. Next time you want to write a negaive review, make sure you sign your name.
