It ended up taking Peppers Heating & Air Conditioning about two weeks to install my upstairs system. It wasn't installed correctly at first, and they had to keep coming out 4-5 times because it was working. At first, they responded very quickly, however, I'm still waiting for them to come out and fix a leak onto my ceiling, and this all happened at the end of August. The guy said he didn't have the right tools on his truck and then he'd be back. I'm still waiting for him to come back!
I have used Peppers before, they installed my downstairs unit and did a very good job with that. Of course I thought to use them again this time, but unfortunately I just haven't had the same experience.
