My aunt is having difficulty with this computer repair. They demanded a deposit and didn't give a receipt. My aunt being a trusting southern lady, did not question about the receipt. The owner a woman named Kathryn denied she gave a $50 deposit when she brought her computer in. Would not give her back her computer because she said my aunt ""must"" pay close to $300. Her computer was an old laptop not worth anything, however, she couldn't but another one right now and uses it sparingly. DO NOT EVER USE Commonwealth Computers in Roanoke, VA they are a rip off and do not do the work, and bilk customers!
