I ordered and came exactly when they said it would be ready (a full 40 mins later) . When I arrived they said the order wasn't in their system. They questioned if I ordered at their location. I have a smart phone and showed them the number I dialed 40 mins earlier. They said I could sit and the bar and have a beer on them and wait 20 mins for my order. I told them this was unsatisfactory. I asked to see Armando. Armando, the owner, came out furious and exclaimed, ""We're a family owned franchise not a chain and we don't give out free food!!!"" I told him I didn't want him to give anything away free. I just wanted a percentage taken off my order for the inconvenience he caused me. He actually said ""FORGET IT!"" I told him I would report him and he said, ""GO AHEAD!"" Clearly this guy doesn't understand customer service. He also doesn't understand the whole situation was his mistake. I'm completely appalled! Seriously, there are other restaurants - avoid this one!!!
