I have been a customer of Scotty's Audio Video for 50 years! Anytime I go into their store they instantly recognize me and are available to help, and it's that way over the phone too. Their entire staff is professional and extremely knowledgeable. For me, it's always worth the half hour drive to get there.
They have high-quality products and their service is available if you ever have any issues with their products. I have never had to use their service because the products are so good. I have very few electronics in my home that I haven't purchased from Scotty's.
