Papa john's on sunset is the absolute worst. I ordered a pizza on Saturday at 10:00, the pizza never came to my home. I called them at 11:00PM and stated my pizza never arrived, and the guy named ROBERT hung up in my ear. Yes! Hung up the phone. I called back and asked for my money back (I paid online - ordered online.) Well, he said, ""your order will be canceled."" Then hung up again! I called back one more time, and asked when will my money be returned to my account and he HUNG UP again. I called the 1800 number!
These people don't have any customer service skills whatsoever! No one should ever order there again. Go to another papa john's restaurant.
