I was very disappointed in the administration staff at Wildflower Lodge Assisted Living Center.
My family and I have been trying for the last month to place my father in a residential living center in La Grande. The center itself is beautiful and has a warm, cozy ambiance. The staff is unprofessional, uncooperative and non- communicative with family and other health professionals. We were lied to on several occasions in regards to the admittance status of my father and when I called to have medical records faxed to the patient I was told, ""all medical records have been shredded.""
I advise others not to place your loved ones in this center until they have changed staff or simply take your search elsewhere.
