I have purchased every appliance needed for my both management companies at Johns Appliance since 2006. I am a small business owner who tries to continue purchasing through the smaller, local businesses. I went to them because one of the refrigerator purchase a little over a year ago (brand new) isn't holding its freon. I was told sorry your one year has expired. Sorry, we will charge you $79 service fee through our service department to not be able to repair it. Finally, sorry we will not give any credit towards a purchase of another new one. But I will talk to the GM and call you today....But that didn't happen either. Johns Appliance has the right not to appreciate loyal customers. Well, this customer has the right to be loyal elsewhere... Sears, Home Depo, Loews. more
