We had window solutions over to our house and the saleman was very professional and they beat the other places by a few hundred bucks. He told us the windows would be installed in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks we called the office and the woman on the other end told us it takes 6 to 8 weeks. Naturally it almost 9 weeks by the time they called and set an appointment. She told me I would be getting their top installer. When the installers got hear (2nd) appointment cause the installer got sick the first time, it was a dude who had never even met the contractor....his first job for window solutions I gathered. Took him two hours to put up the first window. One window never made it to my house I guess it was damaged in shipping, they were not up front about it and I had to ask if there was another window in the van? Called Arlene again and she said it would take a week or two and the window was being rushed to us...one month later and many unreturned phone calls to Arlene I'm more than a little pissed and will have to drive 30 minutes to the showroom to find out where my window is and why has she not returned my calls. I would tell you to find your windows someplace else.
