This should be a MINUS 1 star review but it doesn't exist so i have to go with 1 star although AALA doesn't merit even 1 star. Smooth sales talk about what he expects to sell our inventory (high end antiques) but in spite of our expenses of over $4000, including a generic and unappealing $2700 ad in NY Times, we got a crowd of 20 people of which 12 stayed for the auction! WE LOST MONEY working with this company. They got their money and they're done with you and you're made to feel it's your fault for not getting people into the auction! The auction itself was erratic in starting bids, way too fast even when there were just a handful of people who were confused whether a lot was sold or not (many said after the auction: 'I thought that lot sold!' So did we!)
Terrible experience. Wish I had reqd John's review before signing up with this company. Hope someone reads this before they sign up!
