Clueless, inconsiderate, lack of attention to details, they outsource everything, can't even find the drivers (cell phones turned off!) when needed! What a shame a company like this would trade on a formerly respected local name and take advantage of people during the worst times of their lives, arranging for and burying a loved one. Death certificates, ""in the mail"" must be their catch phrase. Violate federal requirements to provide paperwork. Humble is a word no one EVER taught these miscreants the meaning of. No stars -or even a negative star count- would be appropriate but it's not permitted.
