I got the job booked within one day of my first call. They called to schedule the work at a convenient time, and we agreed on a date and time one week later. They arrived just after the beginning of the promised window. They were courteous, professional and informative, and got right to work. They cleaned the furnace in the attic, which accumulates a ton of dust. Outside, they found a failing capacitor and replaced it on the spot with one from the truck. The job was completed in about 1.5 hours. The single best quality of the whole experience was their politeness and professionalism. I love it when a service company actually treats you like a customer. Just wonderful.
