I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to send someone out on a weekday evening. Very convenient and they showed up promptly at the time that was scheduled. Terry was the technician. He was very friendly, explained the problems to me and fixed it within an hour. I've had Roto-Rooter come out to my home twice now and they have been very dependable. I will definitely call them again!!!
