I had the sheer pleasure of having Josh form OOPS steam cleaning come to my home this morning. Josh represents something you rarely see anymore...great customer service! He was on time, professional, knowledgable, and just a nice guy! My white carpets (circa 1997) look brand new!!! Thanks to Michael Berry for the referral....I will only use OOPS from now on, and will certainly ask for Josh again! Fantastic service!
