I recently used Oops to have my carpet cleaned. The tech Josh was very personable. He did a great job . Actually, I agree with the the reviewer below me he is awesome. You can tell he takes pride in a job well done. My carpet looks amazing! I was really shocked with the result, it looks that good. Honestly, it looks new again. I will always use Oops from now on and will not hesitate to refer family and friends .
