When I began, I had very little idea of what I wanted for a website. WSI guided me to the point were I was able to choose a background and the format for each page. I was given basic training for using the editor. I am now in the process of filling up the website with content. They are very timely in response to any question that I have. So far I am very satisfied with WSI.
