The employee did not seem familiar with the setup of mthe equipment, and took almost an hour to get started. The cleaning was good, but the price was much more than quoted when the appointment was set-up. This was a surprize, and no efforts to negotiate were accepted by the company. "This is our price."

The technician who performed the work has 5 years experience with our company. Dependent on the size of the job, it can take about an hour to perform a walk through with the customer, and prepare the job for cleaning.
Ductworks prices are flat rate, non-negotiable, and was quoted prior to starting the work. It is not reasonable to negotiate a price after the work has been completed.
