That is hard to believe - I have been shopping this store for years and the staff has always been friendly. As far as making a donation, I have only made one - a dinning room suite - but the response i got was much different - I needed my stuff out on a very short notice as I just bought new furniture-the response I received was professional, courteous, and prompt. They actually picked my stuff up the following day, and the driver and his co-worker wore very pleasant, and professional - based on my experience I would highly recommend this agency.
