I first wen to Raw after purchasing a Groupon for a pedicure. I was really pleased with the service--Ashley gave me the best pedicure I have ever had and when I messed up one of the nails, she happily repaired it the next day. That was a month ago, and the pedicure still looks good! Today, I went back for hair color and a cut. My color was a total mess, I had been coloring it myself and was trying to go to a lighter color, so I had various different shades. Ashely and Ana worked together over the course of 4 hours to strip out the old color, remove the red highlights and bring me to a more natural golden brown. It looks amazing! I cannot believe the change and have gotten a ton of compliments already. One thing I noticed that I really like compared to other salons I have been in is the degree of attention Ashely and Ana give their clients. In other places, it seems like they get bored with the client and are more interested in gossiping with one another. At Raw, the focus is entirely on the client. They checked in with me repeatedly to make sure they were doing what I wanted. It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially those who have difficult color issues (or just want a great pedicure or hair cut!)
