I spent about a half hour in the showroom and on the lot while waiting for my vehicle during a service visit. The service department was professional and adequate however I was surpised that no one from sales, reception or management bothered to utter the briefest, ""Hello"".
Sales reps were busy talking on the telephone, reading, eating freshly popped popcorn or riding around and around on golf carts.
One Dodge 1500 that I may have been interested in learning more about had an addendum attached to the glass adding $1900 to the price of the vehicle for an exterior/interior protection package that is virtually useless on new vehicles since fit and finish is part of new vehicle warranties.
Additionally, all vehicles were locked making them difficult to look at without a salesperson...one of those folks who never spoke to me...
In summary, I would recommend the service department. The rest of the dealership...can't say...was taught to say nothing if there was nothing good to say....
