CONSUMER BEWARE!!! This sorry excuse of a “gym/business” has a BBB rating of an F!
They do not have any professionalism and are swindlers. They do not honor their written contract or what comes out of their mouth. Cancellation is a nightmare! They say you just to need to give a “30 day notice”. Their 30 day notice is actually a 60 day notice. They are swindling an extra month’s fee of your hard earned money. They are desperate for money even if it means stealing it!! You can tell they do not know how to run a business as their other locations have closed down.
When I asked their Sales Manager, Lori, about what happened to the ""30 day notice"" for cancellation she went ballistic like a crazy woman because she knew she had been caught red handed. When you steal people’s money like that your business will never be prosperous. Blessings and prosperity coming from hard work, sincerity and HONESTY!!! They do not know the meaning of any of these principles.
