True customer service!!! My story begins at the Kroger abot 2 blocks from this shop. I had been in the store picking a few things up with my 3 yr old son and my mother who is recovering from a recent surgery. Well needless to say we finished or shopping returned to the car and started to drive away, well that was happening because of my FLAT!!!! So I made my why to the gas station where i tried to fill enough air to get me across the street but it wasnt holding, a girl and her mother felt they should help after seeing me get up off the ground noticing that I am exteremly pregnant...then all the sudden a white truck appears and to our rescue JR he so effortlessly put on my spare, helped me with my groeceries, and hauled my tire to his shop Main Oil & Lube. They rushed to help us with so much care it was unreal. They found the issue with my tire, repaired it, replaced everything where I asked and put my fixed tire back on within minutes, all while leaving my mom in the car and as comfortable as she could be. It turns out it wasn't even him passing by that saw me it was his wife!! She called him and he rushed over!! I am not from The Colony but my mother has recently moved there, this place will have our entire family doing business with them as long as we are in Texas! This kind of service is very hard to find and this kind of service deserves word of mouth and this business is on that deserves to be revisited! THANK YOU SO MUCH MAIN OIL & LUBE!!!!!!
