AWFUL!!
BULLY BULLY BULLY. Stay as far away from this place as you can get. This HOA is out of control. They could care less about working with you and more about getting your $$. I was deployed and sent it my HOA dues shortly before I left. The check was stolen out of the mail (person tried to cash it in Utah), and never arrived. I was never told that anything was wrong. The next thing I received was a notice from a Law Office. When I tried to explain and prove this, I was told basically that it wasn't their problem, no you can't send us another check and the matter had already been turned over to their Lawyer (Leonard Mankin=bloodsucking leech) who was nice enough to charge me $1400 to settle an initial charge of $94.00. When you call them, they never have their stuff together and you'll never get the same explanation twice.
