The installers were on time, competent and explained everything they were doing. The installation took most of the day and all went smoothly. We replaced a 40+ year old GE a/c and heating unit (still working) with a high-efficiency unit. So far we have been very pleased with the new unit. The installers were careful to clean all debris in the house and out.
