We have been a members of the Garden for the past 6 months and love coming here, but we were very dissappointed with how we were treated today after we could not reschedule our tickets for the lights show. We spent over $60 on the tickets and our kids were so excited to see the Christmas lights. It was storming so bad, that we could not make it to the Gardens and after talking to several people there, they refused to reschedule the show. They told us that we have to pay again and come back when the weather is better. Good luck expaining that to the kids especially when we don't have enough money for the pricey tickets again. What a ripoff in the first place and terrible custormer service!!! So much for being a member. Beware!!!!
