I purchased a deal through city deals for $149 that included cleaning 3 rooms and a hallway. First, booking the appointment was easy - the gentleman I talked to was very friendly and they were able to fit me in w/in the week. Also, they sent me a couple of appt reminders through email. I had never had my carpets cleaned, so when I asked how to prep for the appt, he gave me some good tips.
