Ok I went here thinking this place was a professional medical group. The woman Nancy that did my IPL facial burnt my face ! She said I would have nothing except a sunburn redness for an hour at the most. By the afternoon, I had visible scabs! The following morning I quickly went to their office to show them my now blistering face, the manager and receptionist there clearly saw this. But would only have the nurse call me.
