Anyone who got ignored by the salesman at the Arrowhead store was lucky!! The man there is, in my opinion, dangerous. Sales people at two other WoR stores are familiar with him and his issues.
Complaints to ""Ingrid"" have fallen on deaf ears. Stay far, far away and be very, very afraid.
I will NEVER shop World of Rugs again.
