I was shocked when my sister-in-law told me that she was refused service and pretty much thrown out of the store because the person behind the counter was upset that she repaired her vacuum somewhere else for much less than they offered to do it for. So when she came back to this location to get her warranty covered repair they refused even though Hoover told her to take it there. We have purchased 2 expensive vacuum cleaners from this location in the past 6 years and we definitely won't be back again if this is the way they treat their customers.
