I can not even give this company 1 star. I moved to the area and wanted to have my direct tv transfered. My apartment complex only allows them to do the hook up so I was stuck. They charged me for something that direct tv would have not charged me for at all. They made me wait two week and missed 5 of the 6 appointments that were scheduled. They are unreliable, rude and unprofressional. I am going to call direct tv and my management company and complain about the service. I called daily and when I left a message I never recieved a call back.. I had to hound them. Never use them....EVER....They are terrible at what they do!
