It is a pleasure to take the time to express my wonderful experience in dealing with Nicole Downing when selecting my BMW Convertible last October as well as my experiences with both Nicole and Evans over the last year. Nicole's overall presentation was performed in a professional and knowledgeable manner during which time she was able to answer all of my questions with confidence.
