I made Azemi my new salon about a year ago when I had a bad experience elsewhere with color. Azemi has what they call ""color specialists"" Well my color specialist was not a specialist at all. My color looked like a bottle of red was poured on my roots. My highlights were applied incorrectly because it already looked like I had re-growth when I got home. I complained the first time this happend and received a small credit after a bit of an argument with Shannon who is not a friendly person, rather a bitch. My color turned out just awful again which was the last straw after paying $150 for color and a cut. Azemi is not an inviting salon, somewhat cold and dull. The staff needs lessons in professionalism, and they need more training in color application. I now have beautiful color and highlights after switching to a reputable salon in the Wexford Plaza.
