Got billed $44 for 16 minutes. Every other visit was at least 30 minutes. Called to ask for an explanation and was told a manager would call me back. 7 days later and still no one calls back. Called today and was asked to hold to see if a manager was in. Really... Cancelled my service quicker than they could bother to call me back. Yards can look great with any service, it's the customer service that makes the difference. more
