Very, very rude customer service when calling in to establish a new account. Just nasty negative attitude, kept telling me to speak up even though I was quiet loud. After loosing connection or getting hung up on near the end of our conversation. Their lines were convenient busy for 15 minutes until the ""we are closed"" recording picked up 10 minutes before 5:00.
So not worth the $4 a quarter in savings. Especially after reading all the other reviews I will be sticking with Sweetland who could hear me just fine over the phone. They are always on time, never missed a pickup, the guys always go out of their way to wave & say hello & have always taken everything we put out for pick up. Even when I called in to cancel the lady was so polite & wish me well & thanked me for the past business. So take note I.D. that is how you treat a customer!
