Ok, so after 10 years of living and working in New York City, I'm a wee bit particular about my boutiques here in Austin. I've found too many of them get caught up in trying to be "fancy" or "upscale" but really end up just being "snobby" which is a lot like when L. Lohan tries to be "classy".
