I would give them zero stars if I could. I have several complaints. This is just one of them. I flew to PA to pick up my C43. The place I bought it from told me it had been serviced. It ran flawlessly all the way back to KC. I called Star to see if they could determine if the car had indeed been serviced. They said they could and to bring it in. They kept the car overnight but said everything was good when I picked it up. I paid and took the car home (40 miles.) Once on the highway, the performance of the car was not as it had been. The car now had a hesitation off throttle and not nearly as much acceleration as before. They said to bring it back in. They said my MAP sensor had failed. This happened while the car was in their shop. Nearly $400 and now the car ran like it did when I first took it to them. While in the shop, they rotated my tires and wheels to pad the bill. I only had 200 miles on the brand new set of tires. I told them this car had staggered wheels and you couldn't rotate front to back. They took the charge off my bill. I took it to my tire guy to rotate back. I didn't want these guys to touch my car, again. When I got home, I noticed black smudges on both corners of my front bumper. took a lot of rubbing to get it off. A few weeks later the car started running bad again. This time I took it to another shop. They told my MAP sensor was bad. They fixed it and the car has been great ever since. I don't know what Star did to my car but I wasted a lot of time and money. Never again!
