We went into this dealership with very specific needs. After HOURS at the dealership, I walked out while my significant other stayed. The next day we were bombarded with calls and texts trying to tell us they had met our numbers and so much more. In reality the salesman had made assumptions and manipulated our budget to what HE thought would work, not at all what we had asked for. He then attempted to put the blame on me and even responded to an email in a very demeaning way. However he sent my partner a very nice text message. I forwarded the email to his supervisor but in the end I never even recieved so much as an apology. The exact words from the salesman were: "Since you didn't buy anything, you didn't get yourself into any situation you didn't want to be in." No acknowledgement of the hours we spent there and the fact that not once did he listen to what we truly needed. It really felt like there was no respect or regard for the woman of the house and the only person he was nice to was the male. Never again will I step foot in this dealership and I would recommend that people stay far, far away.
